GuideXia Mentee Terms & Code of Conduct

By registering, booking a session or using GuideXia platform, you ("Mentee", "User") agree to the following terms.

1. Nature of Mentorship

You acknowledge that:

• Mentorship sessions are educational and advisory only
• GuideXia does not guarantee jobs, promotions, interview success, or outcomes
• Results depend on your effort, preparation, and external factors

2. Role of GuideXia

You agree that:

• GuideXia is a facilitator platform, not the service provider
• Mentors are independent professionals, not employees of GuideXia
• GuideXia is not responsible for mentor opinions or advice

3. No Employer Representation

You understand that:

• Mentors do not represent their current or past employers
• Guidance is based on personal experience, not official company policy
• No confidential or proprietary information should be expected or requested

4. No Guarantees or Claims

You agree that:

• Mentors do not promise specific results
• Any claims made outside the platform policies are not binding
• GuideXia does not validate individual outcomes

5. Payments & Refunds

You agree that:

• Payments are processed via approved payment gateways
• Refunds (if applicable) are governed by GuideXia's Refund Policy
• No refund is guaranteed once a session is completed

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Ask mentors for confidential or illegal information
• Harass, threaten, or misuse mentor interactions
• Share session recordings without consent

Violation may result in account suspension without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• GuideXia is not liable for decisions made based on mentorship
• GuideXia is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses
• Liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the session

8. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes should be raised first through GuideXia support
• GuideXia reserves the right to mediate but is not obligated to resolve outcome-based disputes

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Indian courts.

10. Acceptance

By registering, booking, or attending a session on GuideXia, you confirm that:

• You have read and agreed to these terms
• You understand the nature and limitations of mentorship
