Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Session Cancellation

Mentees may cancel a booked session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session may be subject to charges as per our terms.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

• Cancellation by the mentor
• Technical issues preventing the session from occurring
• Other exceptional circumstances at GuideXia's discretion

3. Refund Process

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
