These Terms apply to:
- All users including mentors, mentees, and visitors
- The entire website, mobile applications, and all communications between you and GuideXia (including email, WhatsApp, SMS, and notifications)
Under no circumstances shall GuideXia, its founders, employees, partners, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Platform.
2. Nature of Services
GuideXia is a mentorship and career guidance marketplace that enables users to:
- Book mentorship sessions
- Participate in workshops
- Access career-related guidance and resources
GuideXia does not guarantee:
- Job placement
- Salary increase
- Admission to educational institutions
- Any specific career outcome
All mentorship guidance is informational and educational only.
3. License
GuideXia grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform strictly in accordance with these Terms.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, or resell any part of the Platform
- Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
4. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to notify GuideXia immediately of any unauthorized access.
- GuideXia reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
- By registering, you represent that the information provided is accurate, current, and complete.
- Accounts created using false information may be suspended or terminated.
5. Mentor Responsibilities
Mentors agree that:
- All profile information (education, employment, experience) is truthful
- Mentorship is delivered professionally and ethically
- No misleading, abusive, or discriminatory conduct is allowed
- They do not solicit users outside the Platform to bypass fees
6. Payments, Pricing & Fees
- Prices for sessions may be set by mentors or suggested by GuideXia
- GuideXia may charge platform or service fees
- All prices are displayed before payment and are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as applicable
- GuideXia reserves the right to modify pricing at any time
7. Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy
7.1 Cancellations
- Users may cancel sessions as per the cancellation window displayed at booking
- Late cancellations may not be eligible for refunds
7.2 Refunds
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing timelines may vary (typically 5–10 business days)
- No refunds are provided for completed sessions
7.3 Platform Discretion
GuideXia reserves the right to approve or deny refunds in cases of abuse, fraud, or policy violations.
8. AI Usage, Recording & Transcription
- GuideXia may use AI-based tools to generate:
- Career diagnostics
- Session summaries
- Recommendations and insights
- Sessions may be recorded or transcribed with user consent
- AI outputs are assistive in nature and not definitive advice
9. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
GuideXia uses cookies and similar technologies to:
- Improve user experience
- Analyze traffic and usage
- Remember preferences
You may disable cookies through your browser settings; however, some features may not function properly.
10. Third-Party Services
The Platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services (payment gateways, analytics, video tools, etc.).
GuideXia:
- Does not control third-party services
- Is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices
- Encourages users to review third-party terms independently
11. Intellectual Property Rights
- All trademarks, logos, content, and software belong to GuideXia
- Unauthorized use of intellectual property is prohibited
- Users retain ownership of their content but grant GuideXia a limited license to use it for platform operations

- Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 3 months

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GuideXia from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
